Plenary Committee is organized to make a deliberation about labor
policy on employment and working condition, principles and directions
of the restructuring of public sector and others, as well as the development
of systems, mind-set and practices in industrial relationship, and
matters pertaining on how to provide support to projects designed
for promoting cooperation among the three parties.

| Standing Committee is assigned for review and coordination of agenda to be submitted to the Commission as well as dealing with the matters entrusted by the Plenary Committee and providing assistance to the Commission in its activities.

Subcommittee on Economic Affairs (15 members)

Established in September 2003 to discuss economic policies
pertaining to employees' livelihood such as employment policy, development
of human resources, wage policy, earned income tax system and so on.

Established in September 2003 to discuss social security
and welfare policies for workers pertaining to formation of workers'
property, four major social insurances and so on. |
