The Committee on Development of Employment Service under the Economic and Social Development Commission reached the Agreement for Enhancing the Public Employment Service and Activating the Private Employment Service at 10:00 on July 14 2010.

The Agreement deals with build-up of a network for the integrated job information, annual expansion of employment supports for the vulnerable class and ensuring connection of both integrated social welfare network and employment information network by 2012 in order to enhance the public employment service.

For enhancing the private employment service, it also deals with easing regulations such as self-determination of job placement fees and deletion of conditions to become a representative of a job placement firm 2011, and improving regulations concerning businesses undertaking simultaneously acts of job offering-seeking, provision of job information, dispatch and vocational training to help develop the 'General Human Resources Service Businesses'.
